⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Raquel, the General Manager, truly makes this property what it is. While the hotel itself is starting to show its age, her professionalism, leadership, and genuine care for guests more than make up for it. She is attentive, responsive, and goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel comfortable and valued. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and does everything she can to create a positive experience despite the challenges of an older property. Because of Raquel, this extended stay has felt welcoming and well-managed, and she is the reason I would recommend staying here.

Everything about our stay has been great. The room was super clean upon arrival. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here. Ask for Raquel and Shamar. Those two will definitely go above and beyond.

I had a great two weeks staying here while I was in between homes. Before I even got there, I had to call them twice to ask some questions, and Sabrina was enthusiastic and ready to answer them lol both times. It made me feel not only prepared but welcomed before I even entered the doors. The rooms are clean and the staff are all friendly and willing to help. 10/10 would recommend. Plus you are right next to so many stores and the bus line.

Stay was more than I expected the staff was amazing they were very responsive and respectful to my needs they welcomed me with open arms since I am a disabled vet and we're very attentive to my needs they helped with laundry needs and my amenities since I am a vet they are 100# percent worth the stay and money, would recommend to anyone staying in the Phoenix area close to the I10, there are more than enough grocery stores within walking distance from them, less than 10 minutes from there location, staff is awesome I cannot stress this enough if you need anything just ask, very open minded willing to crack a joke which is 10 plus stars in my book, will recommend to friends and family alike, and all of my co workers, my son stayed here with my lovely granddaughter and he loved it he couldnt stress how much they help they were with my granddaughter thanks to extended stay on 43rd Ave in McDowell I live in northern Arizona and looking forward to visiting my son and granddaughter and staying at this exact location again 5+ stars just because of the staff you guys are awesome

I will always have good things to say about this place I have been here since August and have had nothing but great Interactions with the girls in the front office. Chamar Raquel and Sabrina always make sure me and my family have all of our needs met. They should definitely get a lot more recognition as they deal with so much more than they need to like rude guests. They try their hardest to keep the property looking as best as they can they are the reason why I continue to stay here! Their customer service has been top tier. Thank you so much to these 3 ladies for making our stay here the best that they can!!

Every time we come into phoenix, we stay at this location. Raquel and sabrina are always very helpful. The rooms are clean and we get service upon request. The girls here work hard and are very helpful.

Staff is very friendly, they are very prompt with laundry, and bedding request's, I'm a single dad I get my daughter on the weekends, I'm very comfortable having my daughter stay with me on the weekends here, she's younger so they are very attentive to her needs as well as mine, staff is very outgoing and friendly with the other guests there always saying good morning or good night as well as have good senses of humors, I enjoy coming here everyday after work and know if I need anything all I have to do is ask

I love the staff here they are amazing honestly. I love our room 323 the only thing I would change is the elevator lol jk it's amazing great location great staff
